Contentsquare is looking for an apprentice to support the monthly payroll for our 460 employees in France, under the guidance of a Senior Payroll Specialist. You will help process data in ADP Decidium and verify information in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our SYNTEC bargaining agreement.

You are pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Payroll or HR, with strong Excel skills and an interest in payroll.

Qualifications

• You are preparing a licence or master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Payroll or HR
• Strong interests for Payroll
• English proficiency: intermediate
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formula creation)
• Comfortable working with IT tools and numerical calculations.
• A first professional experience (internship, summer job…) will be appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the monthly payroll production process using ADP Decidium
• Retrieve the monthly payroll data from our HRIS (Workday)
• Enter and verify payroll data, maintain and update employee records in ADP Decidium
• Calculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations and our bargaining agreement (SYNTEC)
• Contact with agencies such as Social Security or Prévoyance, etc.
• Handle the recovery of daily social security indemnities (IJSS)
• Monitor sick leave until the initiation of the “Prévoyance” and ensure follow-up of active “Prévoyance” claims.
• Generate and distribute payslips to the employees’ evault (Peopledoc)
• Get involved in all recurring payroll cycle activities (certifications, reporting, etc.).
• Respond to queries from employees, third parties, and other stakeholders.

Reporting to a Senior Payroll Specialist and part of our French Payroll Team (3 persons), you will support our payroll operations in France, helping to deliver the monthly payroll for our 460 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining an employee-centric approach. In your day to day, and in coordination with our Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Participate in the monthly payroll production process using ADP Decidium
• Retrieve the monthly payroll data from our HRIS (Workday)
• Enter and verify payroll data, maintain and update employee records in ADP Decidium
• Calculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations and our bargaining agreement (SYNTEC)

What We’re Looking For

You are looking for an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation) for one or two years.

• English proficiency: intermediate
