Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to own complex incident resolution across banking ATM environments in Paris. You will coordinate IT and external service providers, analyze ATM performance, and drive corrective actions while ensuring client reporting and service continuity.

The role demands 5+ years of experience with major enterprise clients, strong English skills, and deep knowledge of ATM and payment ecosystems, networks, and data flows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a challenging environment.
• Experience working with major enterprise clients.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail, agility, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in or knowledge of ATMs, payment terminals, ISO 8583, EMV, card management, and authorization flows.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, SQL databases, payment middleware, APIs, and inter-application data flows.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, secure banking networks, encryption, and flow monitoring.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, ServiceNow/ITSM, incident management, and RCA processes.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of, analyze, and monitor complex incidents through to resolution, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Analyze ATM performance, identify the causes of malfunctions, and detect degraded equipment.
• Implement corrective action plans.
• Prepare reports for client banks and propose improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate IT teams during application and technical incidents.
• Analyze anomalies, track fixes, and validate solutions.
• Support support teams with complex issues.
• Contribute to service continuity during periods of high activity.
• Maintain and expand the knowledge base and improve procedures and documentation.
• Continuously improve service quality.
