Job summary

Adyen, based in Paris, is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to drive implementations of payments and platform solutions for customers and partners worldwide. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate project activities and ensure successful rollouts on Adyen’s platform.

You will apply and expand your expertise in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational processes while delivering high-quality experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding through go-live and ensure delivery milestones.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across stakeholders.
• Support rollouts with customer and technical teams.
• Guide merchants on best practices for implementation.
• Prepare for and run customer meetings with clear actions.
• Assist in handovers to business-as-usual operations.
• Troubleshoot blockers with internal teams.
• Build expertise across Adyen products and delivery methodologies.
• Provide feedback to improve execution and customer experience.
