Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Core, to lead strategic initiatives for a fully remote, internationally distributed team based in France. You will own the product vision, drive outcomes across key business lines, and translate customer needs into high-impact software solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to ship features that simplify operations and unlock growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or related industries.
• Experience owning end-to-end products and delivering measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate problems and decisions.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making in complex environments.
• Proven project management skills with multiple workstreams and milestones.
• Delivery mindset to maintain release cadence and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Customer empathy and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own product performance, customer value, and measurable commercial impact.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and product insights into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to plan and deliver features.
• Break initiatives into manageable, shippable projects with prioritized workstreams.
• Coordinate launches, monitor milestones, and manage delivery risks.
• Identify metrics to evaluate usage, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand the product offering.
