Responsibilities

• Registers patients and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, deductibles, and balances due; safeguards cash.
• Completes Medicare questionnaires and adjusts coverage.
• Counsels patients on non-covered services and ABNs.
• Maintains neat, secure registration desk and waiting area.
