Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to drive growth with a portfolio of partners, acting as a technical force multiplier. You will certify partner engineers, create engagement plans, and deliver repeatable solutions with blueprints, demos and joint assets.

This is a pre‑sales role with a partner‑sourced pipeline target and measurable outputs. The role emphasizes collaboration with Partner Managers, AEs and SAs, and requires fluency in multiple languages, deep cloud and security

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (business level) is required.
• Experience in enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity is a must.
• 5+ years in technology solutions, architecture, consulting or cloud/infrastructure.
• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience, ideally partner‑facing (channel/alliances).
• Ability to teach and enable others, not just run demos, with a track record of enabling wins.
• Knowledge of security operations and AI/semantic search technologies (RAG, vector search, NLP).
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Commercial fluency to discuss deals, scope, and margins with partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias to action; travel up to 30%.
