Job summary

Amazon PARP seeks a Partner Operations Manager FR to support country lead in installation and maintenance of Pickup/Return Points across France. You will build strong relationships with partners, manage supplier relationships, and drive automation and cost-saving initiatives while delivering data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in French.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management (internships count)
• Familiarity with supplier or vendor interactions
• Experience conducting data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to identify trends or operational issues

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation, maintenance, and post-installation operations for Pickup and Return Points across assigned markets
• Drive strategic projects including new product launches (Gen5 lockers), geographic expansion, and process improvements
