Trustpair, a leading automated vendor validation platform, is seeking a part-time Freelance Revenue Operations Specialist to support Revenue Excellence. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize CRM data, integrations, and onboarding processes from our Paris base.

Ideal candidates have hands-on RevOps experience, strong HubSpot know-how, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience.
• Practical experience administering a CRM and creating or improving automated workflows.
• Strong HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting users and troubleshooting operational or technical issues across go-to-market tools.
• A structured and rigorous approach with strong attention to data quality and operational detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical support to Revenue and Finance users across go-to-market tools.
• Configure and maintain connections between go-to-market tools as needs evolve.
• Support rollout of new tools, including setup, data mapping, testing and handover.
• Monitor health of integrations and resolve synchronization issues.
• Help users troubleshoot recurring technical and access-related problems.
• Document Revenue processes and maintain current docs as workflows change.
