Nordic Knots in Paris is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our premium trade sales efforts for France and build relationships with professional designers and trade clients. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Director and international teams to drive growth in a fast-growing, digitally led interior brand.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to mentor a team and elevate our PRO platform while delivering

• Experience in startup environments and building business from the ground up.
• Strong network with influential designers and tastemakers in France.
• Results-driven, highly organized and passionate about interior design.
• Personable, collaborative and eager to teach and uplift others.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to expand Nordic Knots' trade sales community in France.
• Lead loyalty-driving initiatives and elevate the PRO platform and trade customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and teams in the US, UK and Stockholm to align on growth.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing trade sales team.
