Ebony and Co seeks an experienced Sales Executive (Project & Design Consultant) to join its French team in Paris. You will develop relationships with interior designers, architects and private clients, managing high-value projects from enquiry to delivery.

This consultative role combines sales with project management, requiring commercial awareness, superb communication, and a passion for interior design and craftsmanship. bilingual French/English essential.

Qualifications

• 5-year experience in luxury sales or high-end interiors.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong network of interior designers and architects in France.
• Experience with CRM and project management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate sales through relationships with interior designers, contractors and private clients.
• Identify and develop new leads and project opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with designers and architects, including events and client entertaining.
• Represent Ebony and Co at industry events to strengthen design community ties.
• Present products in Paris showroom, at client locations or in our global showroom and production facility.
• Guide clients through collections, finishes and bespoke possibilities.
• Prepare quotations, forecasts and project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects from specification through delivery and after-sales support.
• Liaise with sampling, production, logistics and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate client and project information in our CRM.
• Deliver an exceptional and personal client experience at every stage.
