Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a Sommelier Intern to join their prestigious team in Paris starting in September. The role includes tasks such as implementing wines in the restaurant, ensuring high service standards, and assisting in the organization and care of the wine cellar.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in both French and English, possess strong organizational skills, and be responsive to the needs of the team. An Internship Agreement is mandatory for this position.

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Sommelier Intern from September.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the wines in the restaurant
• Follow up on service
• Participate in tastings with sommeliers
• Ensure the installation, cleaning and cleaning of glassware
• Assist the team in the organization of the cellar, delivery, storage of wines
• Responsible for customer care and service

General requirements:

• Fluent both in French and English
• Availability and responsiveness,
