Job summary

The Peninsula Paris invites a Finance Intern to join our luxury Finance team in central Paris for a 6‑month period starting February/March 2027. This paid internship offers exposure to senior management and a hands-on learning environment in a world‑class hotel.

Key duties include revenue control, offers and POS corrections with Infrasys, assisting in monthly/annual closings, and supporting the income auditor. Fluent English and French are required, with strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• 6-month finance internship starting Feb/March 2027.
• Strong organization, rigor and attention to detail required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business tools.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Revenue control and assists in month-end close.
• Control of offers, freebies, and POS corrections (Infrasys).
• Verify procedures and cash postings compliance.
• Participate in operational audits and supporting reports.
• Assist income auditor and contribute to closing processes.

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Finance Intern starting February/March 2027 for a period of 6 months.

Key accountabilities:

• Revenue control
• Control of offers and freebies, Infrasys (POS) corrections, complimentary rooms & house use.
• Verification of compliance with procedures, particularly in terms of cash collection and legal posting.
• Various operational audits
• Participates in monthly/annual closing of accounts.
• Various studies and reports
• Support and work in tandem with the income auditor
