Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a regional team from Paris, driving the GTM builder motion and commercial output across new logos, expansions, and renewals. This role emphasizes coaching, pipeline discipline, and scaling talent in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled environment.

You will coach, hire, onboard, and certify SCs, collaborate with the BDR team on pipeline strategy, and partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design and live demos.
• Frontline sales management experience: operating cadence and performance management.
• Strong coaching orientation for deal reviews and guidance on how to improve next time.
• Commercial instincts at the team level: read pipeline health and drive urgency without micromanaging.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them.
• Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: first meeting workflow diagnosis, live build, and adoption hand-off across the full cycle.
• Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
• Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving ramp readiness and managing performance with clarity.
• Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards.
• Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy.
• Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working and where execution is breaking down.
