Notion is seeking a General Manager, France to lead GTM strategy and revenue growth in France. You will manage frontline managers and cross-functional teams, aligning with the EMEA leadership and Notion’s AI-native GTM model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
• Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific dynamics across segments.
• Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
• Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
• Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
• Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a country strategy and GTM operating model for France.
• Lead and develop frontline managers and cross-functional GTM teams.
• Drive revenue growth and market momentum through executive engagement and partner ecosystems.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to reduce handoffs and accelerate value delivery.
• Build and scale partner, channel, and co-sell motions in France.
• Represent customer voice to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership on AI-driven requirements.
