Mondial Travel et Transport is seeking a Reservations Ticketing Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Paris. You will handle flight, rail, and other travel reservations, issue and modify tickets, and manage booking changes.

You’ll respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information while ensuring compliance with company policies and carrier rules. You’ll use reservation systems and GDS tools daily, verify payments, and coordinate with airlines to deliver

• Reservations and ticketing skills with experience using booking systems or GDS platforms.

• Travel & Tourism knowledge to advise customers on routes, fares, and travel options.
• Sales skills to promote services, upsell travel options, and meet booking targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when processing reservations, payments, and travel documents.
• Ability to work on-site in Paris, manage time effectively, and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a travel agency, airline, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with reservation or ticketing tools is highly desirable.
• Language skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
