Job summary

Navan is seeking a Travel Experience Consultant based in Paris to help travelers with bookings across air, rail, and hotel. You will resolve issues, communicate effectively with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.

This hybrid role requires a consistent onsite presence of three days per week at our Paris office, with two days remote. Fluency in French and English, plus experience with GDS systems, are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Travel Consultant for air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately
• Guide customers in self-service options on Navan platform and app
• Meet SLA expectations and respond promptly
• Maintain knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on goals and processes
• Stay current on travel industry best practices
