Job summary

pon y is seeking an Operations Intern in Paris to help scale maintenance operations by improving processes and data-driven decision making. You will build and maintain dashboards, prepare insights for weekly reviews, and partner with Regional Managers, the Supply Manager and Quality and Safety Manager to standardise best practices across 24 cities.

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle quantitative data.
• Enrolled in top engineering or business school seeking gap year or end-of-studies internship.
• Comfortable working with BI tools and data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance performance improvement and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare data and insights for weekly operational reviews.
• Analyse productivity, repair lead times and failure rates across sites using BI tools.
• Contribute to implementing improvement actions with local teams.
• Visit sites to observe operations and identify opportunities.
