Job summary

Pony is seeking a Supply Manager Intern in Paris to join the Operations team and work closely with Vivien, Head of Operations and Maintenance. You will help prevent stockouts, keep spare parts inventory lean, and contribute to cost control.

Projects include setting up a repair and parts revaluation process with tangible impact on the fleet availability for riders. This internship offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, shipping, supplier relations, and process

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a top engineering or business school.
Gap year or final-year internship.
Focus on supply chain or procurement is a plus.
Strong communication and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Inventory & supply flow management: ensure spare parts are available when needed and avoid stockouts.
Analysis and optimisation: refine forecasting and identify high-impact consumption patterns.
Procurement & negotiation: obtain quotes, negotiate terms, place orders with suppliers.
Shipping coordination: oversee deliveries and manage delays or issues.
After-sales & quality management: handle non-compliance issues and track supplier claims.
Stock valuation & invoicing: monitor stock levels and support invoice processes.
Process design & purchasing strategy: help define policies and improve efficiency.
