pony is seeking an Operation Manager, Performance & Safety in Paris to join the Business Operations Team. You will work closely with Théo, the Quality & Safety Manager, to sustainably improve operations through reliable quality and uncompromising safety, aligning with our core value Safety First.

Key projects include managing a connected battery fleet and enhancing ergonomics, safety, and health for teams. You will travel regularly to warehouses in France and Belgium to drive implementation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a top engineering school for a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
• Strong project management skills with proactive, cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset to extract insights and drive practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across field staff to management.
• Willingness to travel to warehouses in France and Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site audits: Weekly assess service quality, fleet and warehouse safety, and ensure standards are met across cities.
• Drive compliance after audits: Design and roll out corrective actions, track implementation with HQ and local teams.
• Elevate documentation: Create/update process guidelines and safety standards for field use.
• Contribute to special projects: Support warehouse optimisation and sourcing, focus on continuous improvement.
