Join in Paris is seeking a Logistics & Sales Administration Intern to support order fulfillment, shipments, and deliveries during the year-end peak. You will work with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate deliveries and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field.
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good command of English or French.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Transport & Delivery; organize and monitor shipments, follow up on delivery schedules, communicate with carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with Order Preparation & Quality Control; help with packing, ensure orders are complete, perform basic quality checks, support high order volumes during peak period.
• Handle Order & Sales Administration; update records in internal systems, prepare shipping documents, support sales team.
• Assist After-Sales Service & Customer Support; help with delivery issues, returns and claims.
