Job summary

You will shape the commercial strategy, drive growth and manage key accounts across a portfolio including dermal fillers, toxins and energy-based devices.

You will report to European leadership, travel extensively, and influence strategy with senior clinics and corporate groups. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Substantial sales leadership experience within medical aesthetics or closely related clinic-focused industries.
• Strong commercial knowledge of the French medical aesthetics market.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and increasing market share.
• Experience managing strategic accounts, major clinics and senior industry relationships.
• Visible, motivational and performance-focused leadership style.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop ten Territory Sales Managers across France.
• Deliver national revenue, growth and market-share objectives.
• Drive new clinic acquisition and expand strategic accounts.
• Spend substantial time in the field coaching the team and supporting major opportunities.
• Build senior relationships with leading clinics, corporate groups and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education and Medical Affairs.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline development and regional opportunities.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing commercial talent.
