Job summary

Baldan Group in Paris is seeking ambitious Business Development Specialists to expand our presence in the French market. You will develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with clinics and med-spas in aesthetics and medical wellness, selling advanced devices and consumables.

In this role you will manage accounts, conduct meetings and demos, train clients on protocols, and collaborate with internal teams on installations and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in aesthetics or related fields.
• Experience with medical clinics or med-spas.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Force Manager, Mapsly).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a client portfolio through active account management.
• Promote and sell aesthetic devices and consumables.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and online demonstrations.
• Train clients on product usage and profitability strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for installations and training.
• Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
