Qualifications

• Experience in IT service desk operations.
• Ability to install, configure and maintain desktops and peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of DHCP and DNS in network environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365 support and collaboration tools.
• Hardware troubleshooting and printer management experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, peripherals and software within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Manage inventory and imaging of devices.
• Provide VIP IT support with high-touch service for events and meetings.
• Assist with conference room setup and AV-related tasks.
