Singulier is seeking an entry‑level IT Support Specialist to provide friendly, practical day‑to‑day help to colleagues in Paris and across the group. You will be the first contact for common IT questions, assist with devices, accounts and business applications, and escalate complex issues to the central IT team.

You will join a hands‑on, international tech environment, report to the Director of IT, and contribute to improving onboarding, offboarding, and IT practices in a growing European team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or related role.
• Practical understanding of Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting.
• Fluent French and good working English.
• Ability to work from the Paris office and collaborate internationally.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line support for laptops, peripherals, printers, connectivity and common software issues.
• Escalate incidents to specialist or administrator-level support when needed.
• Set up laptops, accounts and standard apps for new joiners; coordinate access changes.
• Act as the local IT contact for the Paris office and coordinate with central IT.
• Follow IT security and data protection policies; promote secure working practices.
• Document guidance and contribute to standardisation of support processes.
