Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in Paris seeks a hands-on IT Desktop Support specialist to be the first point of contact for technology needs, supporting colleagues, visitors, and clients with a focus on the Paris office.

The role requires strong technical ability, excellent service mindset, and fluent French and English communications. Occasional travel to remote offices may be required, with exposure to Windows OS, O365, VPN, and AV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of desktop support experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality IT support to the Paris office, colleagues, visitors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and accounts.
• Configure and support Windows workstations and peripherals.
• Support AV equipment and local hardware inventory.
• Assist remote users via VPN/AVD as needed.
• Occasional travel to remote offices or relocation projects.
