Oetker Hotels in Paris is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Corporate Office IT Team. You will provide first-line assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues and respond to help desk tickets.

This entry-level role requires 1–2 years of higher education, a foundational hardware/software knowledge, good problem-solving, and fluent English. You will collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic, international environment and support ongoing security practices.

Qualifications

Completion of 1 to 2 years of higher education.
Interest in information technology and willingness to learn.
Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration with users and colleagues.
Fluent level of English (oral and written).

Responsabilités

Provide first-level assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Respond to help desk tickets and escalations.
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and devices.
Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications while ensuring licensing and security compliance.
Perform routine equipment checks, basic repairs, and replacements.
Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
Follow IT security protocols and report security incidents or vulnerabilities.
