Anaplan is seeking an IT Experience Intern to join our Paris office for a paid 6-month internship. You will shadow the IT Experience team, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of IT services, and support onboarding, hardware setup, and asset management.

You will work with mentors and staff to log tickets, follow runbooks, and develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced technology organization while delivering customer-focused IT support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar).
• No prior IT experience required; personal or coursework experience with computers is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices.
• Some exposure to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Willingness to learn ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and follow structured support workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Interest in pursuing a career in IT support, infrastructure, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Shadow and assist with frontline end-user laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Mac, Windows).
• Help log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system under supervision.
• Support new-hire onboarding tasks such as equipment staging, setup, and account provisioning.
• Assist with maintaining accurate hardware and software asset records.
• Observe and help prepare conference rooms and meeting technology for events, partnering with full-time staff.
• Learn and follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios.
• Take on small, well-defined projects or process-improvement tasks as assigned by your mentor.
• Bring curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn new tools and technologies.
