Anaplan Inc in Paris is seeking an IT Experience Intern for a 6-month paid internship onsite. You will shadow the IT Experience team, help with onboarding, ticketing, hardware setup, and asset records while developing foundational IT support and customer service skills under mentor guidance.

This role suits students pursuing IT or related fields, with French and English fluency, basic familiarity with Mac/Windows, and a willingness to learn ServiceNow and office tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar)
• No prior IT experience required; coursework with computers is a plus
• Fluency in French and English
• Willingness to learn ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and follow structured support workflows
• Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices

Responsabilités

• Shadow and assist with frontline IT support for end-user devices (Mac, Windows)
• Log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or similar system
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as equipment staging, setup, and account provisioning
• Maintain hardware and software asset records
• Help prepare conference rooms and meeting tech for events
• Follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios
• Take on small projects or process-improvement tasks under mentor guidance
• Develop curiosity and strong attention to detail while learning new tools
