Wipro Technologies-France is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support in Paris and ensure a seamless end-user experience. You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, manage incidents in ServiceNow or Remedy, and assist with AV, VoIP, and basic networking tasks.

This role requires 3-4 years of desktop support experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 23 kg.

Qualifications

3-4 years of desktop support or end-user IT experience.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and software.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
Familiarity with SCCM, VDI, MDM solutions, and endpoint security tools.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 23 kg.

Responsabilités

Provide desktop and infrastructure support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and networking issues.
Support Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot Office 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and standard software.
Provide conference room AV support and basic VoIP troubleshooting.
Deliver Smart Hands support for networking equipment, servers, and IT infra.
Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Ensure adherence to SLA targets and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
