Houlihan Lokey is seeking an IT Desktop Support person in Paris to provide high-quality IT support to colleagues, visitors, and clients. You will act as a welcoming point of contact to ensure users feel supported and confident.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, at least 2 years of IT support experience, and is fluent in both French and English. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience in a desktop support role.
• Thorough understanding of hardware and software installation.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT support service to Houlihan Lokey colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Support the use of AV equipment in the office.
