Job summary

Linkup is hiring its first SDR/BDR to own pipeline generation in Paris. This hybrid role covers both inbound qualification and structured outbound targeting AI-native companies, GTM tooling providers, and regulated accounts.

You will draft outbound, qualify ICPs, and partner with AEs to build qualified pipeline, with high ownership and fast feedback loops. You’ll work closely with the VP Sales to select accounts, craft outreach, and ensure timely follow-up while logging all activity in Attio.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years SDR/BDR experience or first job after fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound and proactive
• Write clean, direct outreach, not template-speak
• Curious about AI/agents and able to talk with technical buyers
• Desire ownership and close collaboration with sales leadership

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and draft personalized multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
• Monitor and pre-qualify inbound signups against ICP, route to AE
• Support first-touch qualification with AEs and learn lead framework
• Keep touchpoints logged in Attio
• Tune outbound messaging as campaigns scale
