Linkup is hiring its first SDR/BDR to own pipeline generation in a hybrid role in Paris. You will qualify inbound signups and craft outbound prospecting for AI-native companies, GTM tooling providers, and enterprise accounts, coordinating with AEs to convert interest into qualified pipeline.

In this role you will research accounts, draft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and log every interaction in Attio.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years in SDR/BDR or a first job in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Comfort with high-volume outbound and proactive ownership
• Ability to write clean, direct outreach without template-speech
• Curiosity about AI/agents and ability to hold conversations with technical buyers
• Ownership mindset with close collaboration to sales leadership

Responsabilités

• Research target accounts and draft personalized multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
• Monitor and pre-qualify inbound signups against ICP and route to the right AE
• Support first-touch qualification alongside AEs using the lead framework (ICP fit, pain, volume, timing)
• Keep every touch logged in Attio
• Help tune outbound messaging and channels as campaigns scale
