Houlihan Lokey in Paris is seeking an experienced Associate to join the Debt Capital Solutions team. You will work on financing advisory mandates, gaining exposure to senior team members and clients, and help execute a variety of debt transactions across private, public, and hybrid loans and bonds.

The role involves leading workstreams, modelling, due diligence, and client dialogue, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting private equity relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with excellent academic record.
• 4–5 years of experience on the French market within Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance/LBO, or a similar role in an IB or advisory firm.
• Proven track record of executing transactions and knowledge of lender credit processes.

Responsabilités

• Work on financing advisory mandates within lean deal teams.
• Assist on debt transactions in mid-cap to large-cap segments including private, public, and hybrid loans and bonds.
• Lead workstreams, prepare materials, and support senior members with client dialogue and relationship management.
