Houlihan Lokey in Paris seeks an experienced Associate for the Debt Capital Solutions team. You will work on financing advisory mandates, supporting debt transactions across private, public, and hybrid loans and bonds.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior analysts, and manage client dialogue to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role requires strong financial modelling, LBO capability, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated ability to execute transactions on the French market.
• Strong financial modelling, LBO modelling, and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Work on financing advisory mandates as part of lean deal teams.
• Support execution of debt transactions across private, public, and hybrid loans and bonds.
• Lead selected workstreams and coordinate with clients.
• Oversee junior team members in preparing presentation materials.
• Engage in due diligence and terms/documentation analysis for clients.
• Develop financial forecasts and bespoke models with junior support.
• Build relationships with debt investors and assist in marketing initiatives.
