Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year investment banking experience in M&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models and perform due diligence.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and client presentations.
• Conduct sector and company research for potential buyers.
• Value companies and build client relationships; assist in engagements planning.
