Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an Analyst in Paris to support Corporate Finance activities. You will contribute to financial analyses, modeling, due diligence, and the preparation of materials for client engagements across M&A and financing assignments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year investment banking experience in M&A is preferred.
• Experience in executing sell-side transactions is desirable.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
