Houlihan Lokey in Paris seeks an Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. You will assist in preparing financial analyses, build models, and support due diligence across M&A engagements for diverse clients in Europe.

The role requires a strong academic background, 1+ year investment banking exposure, excellent Excel skills, and fluency in English and French. You will work in a fast-paced environment with senior bankers guiding deal execution.

• Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information
