CONTEG Middle East in Paris is seeking a proactive Customer Care professional to manage orders from receipt to delivery and to proactively inform customers of progress. The role collaborates with sales, production, logistics, and finance to meet commitments and maintain high service levels.

You will analyze issues, coordinate across functions, handle complaints, and contribute to customer retention and revenue growth through excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Manage orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Proactively keep customers informed of progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet commitments.
• Handle complaints and provide swift and effective solutions.
• Monitor deliveries, delays and disputes.
• Ensure the quality of customer data (prices, terms and conditions, product codes, etc.).
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement in internal processes.
• Contribute to customer retention and revenue growth through a high standard of service.
