Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President, France to lead a high-performing organization focused on expanding enterprise customers and delivering sustained revenue growth across France.

You will lead second-line sales leaders and drive regional strategy from MongoDB’s Paris office, with 3+ days in-office and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will shape the France Enterprise Growth strategy, recruit top leaders and teams, and ensure a disciplined sales process with MEDDIC/Command

Qualifications

• Experience in second-line sales leadership within enterprise software.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building qualified pipeline.
• Proven success recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to develop teams with clear coaching and succession cadence.
• Able to operate autonomously with rapid prioritization in a business-critical environment.
• Fluency in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Regional Directors to exceed bookings objectives.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and execution.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives.
• Define and execute the France Enterprise Growth strategy, expanding existing customers and landing new workloads.
• Enable leaders and sellers to build a healthy pipeline and navigate enterprise buying processes.
