Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a player-coach Solutions Consulting Manager to lead its France & Southern Europe team, guiding five Consultants and driving strategic regional deals. You will partner with Sales leadership to move customers to the Contentsquare Experience Platform, and you will stay hands-on in complex opportunities.

You will manage recruitment, development plans, and succession while shaping regional pre-sales strategy, territory planning, and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Proven people management or formal team leadership experience.
• A true player-coach: strategic yet hands-on with demos/POVs.
• Strong track record in complex Enterprise sales cycles: discovery, design, demos/POVs.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish and/or Italian is a strong plus.
• Able to turn technical capabilities into a compelling business story for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional pre-sales plan: turn priorities into a regional plan, allocate SC capacity, track regional metrics.
• Lead and grow the team: coach, hire, onboard, develop, and address performance issues.
• Partner with Sales: align on pipeline reviews, territory planning, and joint deal reviews.
• Stay hands-on in strategic deals: lead key opportunities, define discovery, demos, POVs with clear success criteria.
• Lead the CSQ XP motion in the region: position XP to new and existing customers and feed feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate cross-ecosystem: co-sell with agencies, SIs, and technology partners; ensure smooth handoffs to CS and PS.
