Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or 5-10 years experience as a developer in digital experience delivery using marketing tech platforms (CMS, Commerce, Personalisation)
• Fluency in English and French is required
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with both marketing-focused and technical personas
• Proficiency with current web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, CDNs, CI/CD)
• High emotional intelligence to navigate meetings with multiple customer stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Account Executives to support EMEA customers, especially in France
• Create product demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations to show platform value
• Understand prospects' requirements and validate them against Contentful while mitigating risks
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to product, marketing, and sales
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation and launches
