Job summary

Synthesia is hiring Solutions Engineers to build the pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal.

This is a founding role shaping playbooks, tooling and best practices as we scale, with a hybrid model in Paris or London and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda with the AE.
• Applies established solution designs and best practices to customer use cases with core ecosystem functions.
• Identifies deal risk and next steps, escalating to AE for action.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and messaging framework for fit assessment.
• Builds broad internal network across GTM.
• Comfort with technical fundamentals and API/integration basics.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple POCs and demos.
• Willing to travel for discovery and on-site demos.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements and challenges.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing business value quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and use cases.
• Deliver demonstrations addressing customer problems with credible narratives.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions; collaborate to resolve.
• Contribute to deal strategy and opportunity assessment with the AE.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline and dependencies.
• Identify technical champions within customer organizations and enable them.
• Provide guidance on APIs, integrations, security, GDPR, and scalability.
• Partner with Enablement to stay current on releases and demos.
