Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Paris to own the full customer lifecycle from first meeting through workflow design and renewal planning. You will build live workflow solutions, co-design in Notion, and ensure commercial outcomes align with customer needs.

The role requires 1–3 years selling technical products to technical buyers, strong discovery, and the ability to navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews. AI fluency and a desire to innovate with Notion are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Strong ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live with customers.
• Excellent discovery and qualification instincts for mapping workflows to outcomes.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Comfort with AI-focused enterprise software and fast-moving product cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle as the single account owner for your book.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers; run discovery and architecture.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and renewal execution.
