ISS STOXX is seeking a Client Success Consultant to join our Paris-based team. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with French clients and delivering high-quality client support across Stewardship and Governance Solutions.

You will proactively educate clients on governance topics, coordinate reporting, and work closely with sales and research analysts to enable value-driven outcomes. Fluency in English and French is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of relevant working experience in client services.
• Excellent presentational skills and inter-personal relationships.
• Innovative, customer-oriented thinker able to identify and execute on market opportunities.
• Highly systematic, organized, and prioritized approach.
• Native or proficiency in English and French is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead long term relationships across a range of high profile, French clients.
• Maintain ownership of long-term client relationships and proactively manage communications.
• Partner with the Sales team to communicate up-sell opportunities, support RFPs and assist with contract reviews.
• Conduct calls/on-site visits with clients (health checks, training, relationship planning and review).
• Proactively communicate and educate clients on governance matters and administer support for ISS’s full product suite.
• Encourage and facilitate meetings between clients and research analysts.
• Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery.
• Liaise with clients on development requests and take ownership of projects as they progress internally.
• Organize and lead the Due Diligence process.
• Support ISS’s implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied.
