ISS STOXX is seeking a Client Service Manager who speaks French to join the Paris team. You will act as the primary liaison for institutional clients, guiding them through corporate governance and proxy voting services while collaborating with Sales to improve the client experience.

You will build strong client relationships, solve problems efficiently, and work cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to support renewals and client satisfaction across hedge funds and asset managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential if the candidate has relevant experience in the industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in a client service or operations position, ideally in financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel.

Responsabilités

• Learn Global Proxy Voting Mechanics and grow knowledge about Industry standards.
• Grow client service skill set.
• Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service.
• Partner with ISS STOXX team members to drive operational excellence for both new and existing clients.
• Own and manage client inquiry and issue resolution using internal tools.
• Conduct regular calls with clients and plan relationship development.
