ISS STOXX in Paris is seeking a Client Service Manager - French Speaking to join its Paris team. The role centers on guiding clients to better use ISS STOXX products and services and building strong, long‑term relationships with hedge funds and asset managers.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, have client service or operations experience, and be proficient with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential if relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in client service or operations, ideally in financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Learn and apply global proxy voting mechanics and governance standards.
• Grow client service skills and achieve high renewal rates.
• Partner with sales to drive client satisfaction and revenue.
• Own client inquiries and resolve issues using internal tools.
• Conduct regular client calls for health checks and relationship planning.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and develop retention plans.
