Qualifications

• Experience with multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM automation and data integration is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, collaborating with brand, business and design teams.
• Support in brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communications across markets, coordinating with Product and Engineering for data needs.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to recommend strategic improvements.
• Provide support on CRM automation to deliver dynamic, personalized content to users.
