Job summary

Greenly is seeking a CRM Delivery Intern to join the CRM team in Paris. You will help improve the customer journey by identifying use cases to deploy via the CRM and by automating delivery processes with AI under the Delivery and CRM Managers.

This 6-month full-time internship offers hands-on experience with email campaigns, onboarding flows, and KPI-based optimization in a fast-growing climate tech company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practice with at least one CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io).
• Ability to write clear, engaging copy in French and English.
• Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability.
• Curiosity with AI tools: prompt engineering and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Clay).
• Data literacy with KPIs like open rate and CTR; comfortable with Excel/Sheets.
• Fluent English (C1); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and define CRM journeys with the Delivery Manager and CRM Manager.
• Create and optimize email campaigns and automated onboarding/nurture flows.
• Run A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and translate learnings into improvements.
• Design and prototype AI-driven CRM workflows and actions.
• Develop NBA and cross-sell triggers for personalized client journeys.
