Job summary

Vestiaire Collective in Paris is seeking a CRM Intern to plan and execute local animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on data across 70+ countries.

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will coordinate briefs, assets, and campaigns in our CRM tool; analyze performance; and conduct market research. Fluent English is required; knowledge of SQL is a plus. Hybrid work model with start in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University (by July 2027).
• Strong Google Suite knowledge, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly animation calendar and coordinate local campaigns.
• Prepare briefs and asset follow-ups with Creative & Copy teams; implement campaigns in CRM.
• Analyze campaign performance with weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead deep-dive analyses using data to inform actions and improve trends.
