Spotify in Paris is seeking a strategic-minded Artist & Label Partnerships Manager for France. You will sit at the heart of the music ecosystem, shaping release strategies and driving artist growth through high-impact partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be the primary contact for local partners, educate them on Spotify tools, and use data-driven insights to develop and execute initiatives that resonate with artists and labels across France.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with label and artist relations in a digital music service, label, media or tech company.
• Deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in France.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for local music partners based in France.
• Educate partners on Spotify tools, resources and insights to grow their daily business.
• Lead cross-functional artist and label partnership initiatives in France and beyond.
• Identify music trends and opportunities in the local and global landscape with the FR team.
• Coordinate with editorial, consumer marketing, communications, strategy & operations to execute campaigns.
